We begin with the operational workflow and the information that must move between systems, then design the API integration, validation and exception handling around it.

Ready-to-set-up integrations

ATOM offers these integrations as standalone services. Each has an AUD $1,500 upfront setup fee plus an AUD $199 annual service fee, excluding GST. The annual fee includes API updates and building additional Zaps requested by the customer using the integration. The first invoice is AUD $1,699 excluding GST, covering setup and the first year of service; the service fee is invoiced annually thereafter. ATOM confirms your requirements before invoicing.

How a custom integration project works

We map the workflow and business rules, assess the available API, define the information and actions required, build and test the connection, then document ownership, monitoring and exceptions. Where simpler use of an existing connector meets the requirement, that is the sensible route.
