We speak with leaders and staff, review the relevant workflows, platforms, documentation and current AI usage, and assess data readiness and governance. We prioritise opportunities by expected business value, complexity and readiness. The agreed scope can produce:

• an executive AI readiness assessment and current-state findings;
• a gap analysis and governance and risk assessment;
• a prioritised register of AI and automation opportunities; and
• a practical roadmap with indicative implementation budgets and success measures.

You own the roadmap. Any training, pilot or implementation is scoped separately, so you can act on the opportunities that make sense for your business.

Turn the strongest opportunity into a working result

Once a use case is selected, we define what success looks like, who needs to be involved, what data and systems are required, and where people must review the output. We can coordinate a focused pilot, specialist build and rollout, then help the team adopt the new way of working. Training is based on your actual roles and processes rather than a generic list of AI features.
